Supplement Consultation

Service Description

30 minute appointment for established patients who need assistance finding supplements to support their care. This is scheduled with one of our experienced staff members who will have spent time discussing your case with the Doctors to determine what supplements would be best based on exam, history, symptoms, and current medications or prescriptions. This gives patients an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the different supplements we carry in office and how they may benefit them. It is ideal that recent lab work, images, or testing be sent to the office for review a week before the appointment.
